returns & exchanges

PLEASE NOTE: Whilst the COVID-19 pandemic remains prevalent, strictly no returns and/or exchanges will be allowed.

Because it may not always be possible to get a perfectly fitted bikini, we offer exchanges, however, we do have a few points to take note of:

- The pictures of the products may vary in colour and/or look. Cheeky will not grant an exchange/return if a customer feels the product does not look exactly like in the picture.

- All items on sale or discounted via coupon code cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Customers wishing to return an item not bought on sale for an exchange, must contact Cheeky within five (5) days of receiving the parcel. If Cheeky is not contacted and a return finalised within the five (5) days your return will not be valid.

- If an item is to be returned, the customer must ensure all the original packing, labels, sanitary stickers are intact. All items must be clean, unworn, unwashed, unused.

- If you have received an incorrect order or faulty garment, shipping charges will be refunded. Please note, if the customer wears their received incorrect order or faulty garment this voids exchange.

- The customer is responsible for all delivery charges to and from Cheeky. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

- Once we have received your returned package and inspected the garments, you will be contacted via email and provided a credit note.

- Cheeky cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

- A N$20 transaction fee will be deducted from all refunded amounts.

- Please note, no returns or exchanges for international orders.

- All returns will be processed within 2-5 business days.

- Cheeky reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the conditions outlined above. All unapproved returns will be returned to sender and sent an email notification advising your return was not approved.
